Qi Gong* is an exercise and an art of movement. In the long run, Qi Gong leads toward unity of body, mind and spirit.

The first form of Qi Gong to appear in China was Dao Yin, close to yoga in form. In the Qi Gong class, you will be initiated to Dao Yin and standing Zhi Neng Qi Gong (the Qi Gong of wisdom). 

At moments, reading material will be given to facilitate understanding and to motivate your engagement toward your practice. (Classes in English only will be given if more than 4 English students register.)*(pronounced chee kong)
